LA MISSION

Kaliop recherche, à Montpellier ou Paris, un.e Agile Project Manager pour accompagner nos clients dans la gestion et la réussite de leurs projets digitaux.

En tant qu’Agile Project Manager, vous serez amené.e à :

• Piloter et délivrer des projets digitaux en environnement Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean management), tout en assurant le suivi financier et l'état d’avancement des projets.

• Garantir le respect des délais, des budgets et des exigences qualitatives.

• Assurer le suivi et le pilotage financier des projets.

• Animer les équipes pluridisciplinaires (UX, technique, business) et favoriser une collaboration fluide entre les parties prenantes.

• Faciliter la résolution des problématiques complexes, anticiper les enjeux et proposer des solutions pragmatiques.

• Prioriser le backlog et suivre les user stories, en veillant à la bonne constitution du périmètre et à l’avancement du projet.

• Jouer un rôle de facilitateur et de mentor pour l’équipe, tout en assurant un management non hiérarchique (bien-être, progression).

• Adopter une posture de conseil, savoir challenger les besoins du client avec diplomatie et efficacité.

• Piloter les relations avec le client et gérer ses besoins de manière proactive.

Ce rôle nécessite de fortes compétences en gestion de projets Agile, en leadership et en communication.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire en gestion de projet agile dans le domaine du web.

• Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et des outils collaboratifs (Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence…).

• Capacité à embarquer les équipes, avec un excellent relationnel et un fort esprit d’équipe.

• Curiosité et intérêt pour le produit, le digital et les aspects financiers des projets.

• Aisance à l’oral, posture dynamique et capacité à poser les bonnes questions.

• Habileté à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

• La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.

• La volonté d’apprendre et de partager est essentielle.

• Humilité et envie de progresser dans un environnement stimulant.

Nice to have

• Une culture technique et une bonne compréhension des enjeux digitaux.

• Un bagage technique est un plus.

THE ROLE

Kaliop is looking for an Agile Project Manager based in Montpellier or Paris to support our clients in managing and successfully delivering their digital projects.

As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and delivering digital projects in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Lean management), ensuring financial monitoring and progress tracking.

• Guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

• Managing project finances and tracking performance.

• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (UX, technical, business) while fostering seamless collaboration among stakeholders.

• Anticipating challenges, facilitating the resolution of complex issues, and providing pragmatic solutions.

• Prioritizing the backlog and tracking user stories, ensuring clear scope definition and project progress.

• Acting as a facilitator and mentor for the team, adopting a non-hierarchical management style that promotes well-being and professional growth.

• Advising and constructively challenging client needs with diplomacy and efficiency.

• Managing client relationships and proactively addressing their requirements.

This role requires strong Agile project management, leadership, and communication skills.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role managing Agile projects in the web industry.

• Strong proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, etc.).

• Ability to engage teams, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.

• Curiosity and interest in product development, digital transformation, and financial aspects of projects.

• Strong public speaking skills, a dynamic attitude, and the ability to ask the right questions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluency in English & French is essential.

• A desire to learn and share knowledge is crucial.

• Humility and a willingness to grow in a stimulating environment.

NICE TO HAVE

• A technical background and good understanding of digital challenges.

• Previous experience in technical roles is a plus.
